With this notice, PATENTES LLEUNESAS,S.L.U. inform you, in agreement with article 5 of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Data Protection, of its Privacy Policy in order for you to freely and voluntarily decide whether to provide the personal data requested on some forms used to request certain information from PATENTES LLEUNESAS,S.L.U
In this regard, we inform you of the existence of an automated file under the responsibility of PATENTES LLEUNESAS,S.L.U. for the storage as well as reserved and confidential processing of the personal data provided on the forms, in order to send you the information requested.

Unless otherwise established, it is considered necessary to complete all the data requested on the form in a true, exact, complete and updated manner. On the contrary, PATENTES LLEUNESAS,S.L.U. may, depending on the case, refuse to give the service or information requested.

Likewise, in agreement with that established in the data protection regulation, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, by addressing PATENTES LLEUNESAS,S.L.U. in writing. This request must contain the name and surname of the interested party, photocopy of their National Identity Card and, when admitted, that of the person representing them, as well as document proving this representation, document specifying the request, address for notification purposes, date and signature, and documents proving the request formulated. If the request does not satisfy the specific requirements, they will have to be corrected. With respect to the right of access, this will only be refused when exercised in an interval of less than twelve months and no legitimate interest is proved in this regard, as well as when the request is formulated by any person other than the party affected. No compensation will be demanded for exercising these rights.

Requests for exercising the right to cancel users’ identification data whilst they maintain a business or contractual relationship with PATENTES LLEUNESAS,S.L.U. will not be attended to.
PATENTES LLEUNESAS,S.L.U. has adopted the necessary technical and organisation measures to guarantee the security of the data and prevent their alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access, bearing in mind the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks they are exposed to, either from human action or from physical or natural medium. Likewise, PATENTES LLEUNESAS,S.L.U. undertakes to observe the secrecy obligation, with respect to the data contained in the file, established in the data protection legislation.

The personal data processed will not be assigned or notified to any national or international agency under any circumstances.
